WOD

“CROSSFIT FOR HOPE”

Three Rounds of:

-Burpees

-Power Snatch (75/55)

-Box Jump (24″/20″)

-Thrusters (75/55)

-Chest to Bar Pullups

***Same format as Fight Gone Bad***

Each movement is a one minute station for a total of 5 minutes with a one minute rest in between.  Score is total number of reps completed.
