When/Why did you start CrossFit?
I started CrossFit in Dec of 2012. I started it because I thought it would be excellent way to get into shape.

How has CrossFit changed you?
I instantly fell in love with it. In Feb of 14 it really took hold of me and I realized my ultimate goal was to make it to the Games in the Masters Division. At that point my training took on an entirely new direction and I began pushing myself to new levels. From Feb to now I lost over 70lbs and I’m in the best shape of my life. I truly look forward to everyday I get to train, and pushing myself to new limits.

What are your strengths/weaknesses in the gym?
Strengths: Barbell type/strength WODs
Weakness: Gymnastics

What is your favorite WOD?
Barbell Complex

Ken earned an Associates degree from Schoolcraft College in Criminal Justice and was in the United States Marines. Ken is currently a K9 Officer with the Canton PD. “My goals and dream is to make it to the Games”. Ken works a grueling 12 hour midnight shift and still WOD’s at 9am nearly everyday for 2 hours!
