Thank you for letting us help you manage your fitness during the holidays! Let’s be honest, our calories will increase and our time will decrease. Our Bootcamp plan is simple, easy and guaranteed to keep you on track during the holidays.
THE PLAN

 

PCFLT is offering a 4 Week “Keep Me Honest During the Holidays” Bootcamp plan. It is $99 and runs from November 27 – December 22. Our Bootcamp classes are 1 hour long. We will get you in and out and burn some major calories in the process. We have classes 6 days a week and at all times of the day. Check out our class schedule at the bottom of this page!

NEW TO BOOTCAMP?

 

If you are new to Bootcamp, click the button below to schedule a Intro session with our head coach. She will work with you on the movements you will see in our Bootcamp classes. The goal is to get you moving safely so you get the most out of each class. Note: this is free of charge so schedule yours today. After this Intro session you can sign up for the “Keep Me Honest During the Holidays” Bootcamp Plan discussed above.

BOOTCAMP VETERAN?
