“I have always been active one way or another in my life. I started playing soccer when I was seven and continued to play competitively until I was 20. In my early 20’s I got into weightlifting to stay in shape. I stumbled on CrossFit about two years ago and started classes in early 2014.
I coach because I enjoy motivating and doing what I can to put smiles on people’s faces. Besides pushing people mentally and physically in classes, I do my best to create an environment that everyone appreciates.”
