When/Why did you start CrossFit?
I started CF in October 2014. I’ve been into working for about 15 years and was looking for a new challenge. I had been hearing a lot about CrossFit and decided to give it try.
How has CrossFit changed you?
My endurance has gone through the roof. I train in Brazilian jiu jitsu. The guys there have told me how hard it is to roll with me because I can just keep going. I do CrossFit at least 4 days a week and I believe I have more endurance now than when I left boot camp for the Marine Corps.
What are your strengths/weaknesses in the gym?
Deadlifts seem to be my strength.
Weaknesses: overhead squats, i hate doing them and double unders, i haven’t been able to find a rhythm yet
What is your favorite WOD?
I don’t know that I have a favorite wod, but I do enjoy the team or partner workouts, as well as the hero wods.
