Build a rock solid foundation for your fitness journey with our comprehensive Foundations program. This personalized program consists of five one-on-one training sessions designed to prepare you both mentally and physically for our group CrossFit and Bootcamp classes.


Inside this course we give you the proper mechanics to help you achieve your goals. Our expert coaches will guide you through essential movements, ensuring proper form and technique before you join group classes. Session 1 is very easy, and each session progressively increases in difficulty, building your confidence and preparing you for the dynamic workouts ahead.
