About the Program

Torch calories, build strength, and boost your endurance with our dynamic Bootcamp (HIIT) workout classes in Plymouth, MI. Each hour-long, high-energy class features High-Intensity Interval Training-style workouts, combining a variety of challenging exercises, including bodyweight movements, cardio drills, and strength training, to deliver a full-body workout that will push you to your limits. Athletes can expect to do body weight movements, as well as use dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, sleds, and much more. The instructor will demonstrate all movements and give scaling options so athletes can move safe and have fun, no matter your fitness level!
