About the Program

Maximize your training with the flexibility of Open Gym.  Available exclusively for our Unlimited CrossFit members, Open Gym provides access to our facility and equipment outside of scheduled class times.  This allows you to personalize your workouts, refine your technique, or simply enjoy extra time to train at your own pace.  Access is granted via a unique code for our side door, ensuring a focused and dedicated training environment.
